Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy, select the correct size and colour then add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished browsing, click on "Checkout" in the top right corner of the screen and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order

We accept credit/debit card payments by major credit/debit cards, Visa and Mastercard

Post (follow the checkout procedure and choose 'cheque with order' option)
Telephone (call with your order requirements and payment details)

Shipping And Handling
- delivery is free of charge within mainland UK for all orders over £25

- delivery is charged at between £1 and £4.95 (within mainland UK) depending on the weight of your items

- deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands will be charged at £8.95

- deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the value and weight of your item



Delivery Schedule
- your order will be processed upon receipt

- we commit to despatching goods within 3 working days of receipt of order (although this is usually within one working day)

- in the unlikely event that we need to split your order we will telephone or email you

- your delivery address can be different from the billing address. If you would prefer the delivery to be made to your work address or an alternative address, enter those details as the delivery address when you order online
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or email. We will either order the item for you or offer an alternative, similar product. If we need to order a product for you, we aim to deliver within 5 working days
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is included in the stated prices

Credit Card Security
The Tack Seller uses the bank approved PROTX system for secure online credit card transactions. Connections to the PROTX server are encrypted with 128bit SSL (look for the padlock on the payment page). PROTX utilise government approved firewalls and encrypted databases

Returns Policy
Returns for refund

If you are unhappy with your item, we will refund the full amount excluding delivery costs providing the goods

* have been purchased less than 14 days ago
* are unsoiled
* undamaged
* unused
* and have not been personalised or customised in any way

Returns process

1. Email us on returns@thetackseller.co.uk, stating your original order number and that you require a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)

2. You will be emailed a Returns Form and RAN

3. Complete the form

4. Re-package the goods, if possible in the packaging materials originally used, enclose the completed Returns Form and address parcel to;

5. Return the goods to the post office and ensure that you obtain a receipt for your postage and a certificate of posting and consider insuring your parcel against loss or damage

6. On receipt of goods in satisfactory condition, we will credit your order. Cheque refunds will be made in the name of the original customer. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods

Returns for exchange

1. Follow up steps 1 - 5 above, the Returns Form will include a section for you to provide details of the replacement size/colour etc required

2. On receipt of goods, replacement goods will be despatched to your delivery address

If you require your replacement goods to be sent immediately, you should place a further order on the website then request a RAN to return the original goods
