What if I can't see the size or colour I want? Email us with your requirements and we will endeavour to order the product for you.
How quickly will my order be processed? We make a customer service commitment to processing orders within 3 working days. In reality, we usually process and despatch the order the day it is received.
Why are saddles and riding hats not on sale? It is neither practical nor responsible to sell saddles and riding hats over the internet as these items need specialist advice and fitting in order to ensure maximum comfort and safety for horse and rider.
How does The Tack Seller achieve these prices? We are able to pass great savings on to you as we do not have the expense of a retail outlet. We still take our customer care policies and customer services as seriously as any traditional tack shop but with the convenience of being able to order and receive your goods from your own home.
